My Spring garden will be planted tomorrow, weather permitting. This year I am trying
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Cabbage
Lettuce
Spinach
Arugula
Onions (bunching)
Chives
Carrots
Radish
Mustard Greens
Potatoes (Yukon Gold, Purple Majesty thus far)
As to where I am going to put all those tomato plants (2 per variety), I am not quite sure yet. I have began a campaign to borrow unused yards but I hope I have enough 5 gallon buckets to accommodate most of them. I will begin building The Cage tomorrow as well.
Stay tuned…

That's a long list! I hope all those seeds will germinate soon and nicely for you.

  2. David Says:

Thanks Stephanie! I am trying every variety of tomato I can think of to find my favorites. So far, Black Russian tomatoes are on top of my favorites list. I do want a more acidic tomato though, so I am trying Abe Lincoln and Box Car Willie to see if I like them. Do you grow vegetables? I already know you grow very beautiful flowers!

  3. Diana Says:

Oh Gosh I'm so jealous, I wish I had all that variety! With all the seeds I'm buying I had to limit myself to two kinds this year. 😦

  4. David Says:

Diana, someday I hope to settle on a few favorites. I will always save a little room for trying new varieties though
